Given the nature of digital products, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under Bulgarian consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws. If you change your mind about your purchase and have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Digital Product Policy
Our digital products (DXF files for fire pits) are deemed “used” after download or opening. This unfortunately means we have a strict no refund policy in regards to dissatisfaction with our product. Please contact us at [email protected] to see how we can resolve any issues you may have.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of digital items, unless they are defective, we cannot accept returns for:
- Downloaded DXF files
- Any item not in its original condition, which cannot be ascertained for digital products
Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, we understand that there may be cases of genuine dissatisfaction or exceptional circumstances.
